I have a 2006 Kawasaki Mule 3010 and its down in Vader, WA. I live in Tumwater. The thing needed a new battery and the only authorized Kawasaki dealership was Clem's Enumclaw Powersports. So I drive to the store late Tuesday evening to buy the battery ($116) but find out it needs the acid and water mixed and then needs to be charged. No problem, I'll come back the next day and grab it. Then I start to chat with Darren about some crashed I've been in and about some of the cool vehicles at the store. He offers to see if Tom can bring the battery by my place of work on Wednesday as opposed to me driving almost 2 hours (one way) to go get it. How awesome?!? Tom brought the battery to my work earlier today and saved me a half day of driving. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement.
