Let me start by saying that I truly never write reviews. I was on the hunt for a kids atv in the middle of the covid-19 breakout. I called around to numerous powersport shops, including some in Oregon. Clem's was the only one that had the kids quad I was looking for. So I quickly shot over to Clem's and while I was there, decided that I wanted to get the wife a 4x4 quad. They did not have it in stock, and neither did many other shops around. Clem went so far out of his way to get the exact atv that i wanted, above and beyond what i expected. I don't know of any other shops that would put that much effort into a single sale. I'm normally met with arrogant type sales people at powersport shops that won't give me the time of day. I felt that what he pulled off and making it happen so fast, deserved at least a decent review. I live in Port Orchard and will be making the 1+ hour drive to Enumclaw for any of my future needs.
