Went in on to look for a bike, was greeted by mark and through out the purchasing process I had the impressions of irritation, burden and a general sense of not wanting to deal with me. Never got into any kind of pissing match with him so unable to source were these vibes were coming from, the process of financing took roughly 10 hours, which be it not all under his control I still found unreasonable. So time comes to get the bike, its left out in the rain, dirty, dirty windshield impairs vision for ride home, minimal fuel ( I dont expect it filled but still a gesture or something)Tires were bald , found tires at 15 and 17 psi, on a bike that specifies for 33 and 36 psi respectively, (might I add that they are clearly labeled on the bike itself).fluids unchecked. it certainly seemed like this dealer didnt not truly care to sell a safe bike. It seemed more interested in the revenue then customer service.
was offered deep discount on tires and fair deal on mounting and balancing by another salesman, when time to collect on the tires offer it was little more than covering sales tax. Furthermore this being a dealer, specific to the brand of bike I bought could not seem to locate any tires in my size anywhere. I find this very hard to believe. A quick search online at multiple vendors found multiple brands and style if needed tires in stock and already on sale for 25% off or better with a discount mounting and balancing coupon.
Fast forward the next day get a call from the sales man that there was a clerical error and I needed to come back in for more paperwork. So now I must make changes to my plans and responsibilities to make time to come down and fix their error.
In summation, I felt and witnessed a sheer lack of professionalism, attention to detail, safety, customer service ,pride in their showroom, parts room and service.
One would hope that they would make this bitter taste in my mouth disappear. As I find this an egregious manner to treat a customer laying down thousands of dollars of hard earned dollars for a product. (Employee: Mark P)
